Elmina/Lagong, an upcoming launch of these two new townships in Kota Elmina and Lagong Mas with a combined land bank of about 6,800 acres, promise to set a new benchmark in a modern and healthy living.

The basis of the concept will be an intelligent garden city, emulating the Malaysian Garden and other International Garden concepts. The development of the Garden City would take into account the surrounding environment - appropriate designs to suit the land terrains - with the provision of a generous green area to promote a natural and soothing environment.
