UEP Subang Jaya, an integrated residential and commercial units is the winner of the 2001 FIABCI International Prix d'Excellence Award. UEP Subang Jaya (USJ) sprawls 1,800 acres beside the Shah Alam Expressway, extending past Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong on the other end. Some 150,000 people have made USJ their homes where there are about 30,000 integrated residential and commercial units.
